  • We are seeking a full-time Sales Director to join the Vendador team as our first dedicated revenue hire. This is a commission-driven role with a base salary, health benefits, and uncapped earning potential for someone who is genuinely hungry to build something.

    As our Sales Director, you will own the pipeline — hunting new clients, reactivating existing relationships, and introducing Vendador to the Chicago venues, corporations, and individuals who haven't found us yet.

  • We are seeking a full-time FOH Lead & Sommelier to join our service leadership team. This is a salaried position requiring attendance at all events, operational and administrative support on non event days, with Tuesday-Saturday schedule. Sundays and Mondays off.

    As the FOH Lead, you will be responsible for elevating the service experience while bringing a passion and knowledge of wine to enhance our culinary offerings.

  • We are now hiring a Sous Chef to join our team on a flexible start date Spring/Summer 2025- As a critical member of the culinary team, a successful Sous Chef will prioritize positivity, passion, and flexibility. You will also have previous experience working in a collaborative and food forward environment, and will support the Executive Chef as needed.

  • We are now hiring Lead Servers to join our FOH team. As a critical member of the service team, a successful Lead Server will prioritize positivity, passion, and flexibility. You will have previous experience working in high-end dining environments and must be comfortable working in a range of environments, from client's homes to venues, parks, and more. Priority will be given to candidates with fine dining and Michelin restaurant experience.
