Great food can be found in a lot of places. Great technique can be found in a lot of places. Great preparation can be found in a lot of places. Great service and attention to detail can be found in a lot of places….BUT to find someone (or a team) who does all of these in elite fashion, is a rarity beyond real comparison.

The only regret I have after using Vendador, is that I didn’t know about them sooner.

Chef Francis and his team create Michelin star quality food for my private events and dinners, and my guests are consistently blown away. He has brought to our smaller dinners exquisite 5 course meals that you would find at the best 3 star Michelin restaurants around the world in the intimacy and comfort of my own home, as well as beautifully crafted larger scale family style meals for larger events. He and his team are incredibly professional, on time, and easy to work with. I can not recommend Vendador more highly!

They provide an incredible fine dining experience in the comfort of your home that is so much more special than just going to a restaurant. Chef Francis is responsive, accomodating, and extremely talented. His staff is experienced, professional, and a joy to be around. They turned what could have been just a nice dinner into a memorable, one-of-a-kind celebration. I can only hope to work with them again in the future, absolutely worth it.

I still dream of his dishes. All 6 courses were on par, if not better than, other fine dining establishments. To say that he knocked this experience out of the park is an understatement. You must give him a try before he blows up (which I can just feel is coming soon!).
